These terms and conditions govern your use of the services provided by PlumbGas Services Limited("we", "us", "our"). By using our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Services
We provide heating, plumbing, renewable energy installation, and related services as described on our website and in any quotation provided to you. All work is carried out by qualified engineers in accordance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
2. Quotations
Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to amend a quote if the scope of work changes or if unforeseen circumstances arise during the work.
3. Bookings & Appointments
Appointments booked through our website or by phone are subject to engineer availability. We will make every effort to attend at the agreed time. If we need to reschedule, we will contact you as soon as possible. Please give us at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
4. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed. For larger installations, a deposit may be required. Payment can be made by card, bank transfer or through our online payment portal. Finance options are available subject to status.
5. Care Plans
Care plan subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel your care plan at any time by contacting us. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. Annual services included in care plans must be booked within the subscription year.
6. Guarantees & Warranties
All work carried out by PlumbGas is guaranteed for 12 months from completion. Manufacturer warranties on products and parts are in addition to our workmanship guarantee. Warranty terms vary by product — full details are provided at the time of installation.
7. Liability
We hold comprehensive public liability and professional indemnity insurance. Our liability is limited to the value of the work carried out. We are not liable for pre-existing faults or damage not caused by our work.
8. Complaints
We take complaints seriously. If you are unhappy with any aspect of our service, please contact us at contact@plumbgas.services or 01785 663 990. We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to resolve it as quickly as possible.
