Emergency Callout
Boiler breakdown, gas leak or burst pipe? Our engineers are here to help.
What To Do in an Emergency
Gas Leak
If you smell gas, open windows, don't use switches or flames, leave the property and call the National Gas Emergency Service on 0800 111 999, then call us.
No Heating or Hot Water
Check your thermostat, timer and boiler pressure first. If the issue persists, give us a call and we'll send an engineer as soon as possible.
Burst Pipe or Flooding
Turn off your stopcock (usually under the kitchen sink) to stop the water flow, then call us for emergency repair.
Boiler Breakdown
If your boiler has stopped working or is showing an error code, note the code and call us. We carry common parts for fast repairs.
Carbon Monoxide Alarm
If your CO alarm sounds, open all windows, turn off gas appliances, leave the property and call 0800 111 999. Then call us for investigation.
Radiator Leak
Place a towel and container under the leak, and turn off the radiator valve if possible. Call us to arrange a repair.
